Radcliffe School enables children to become thinking, sensitive and respectful global citizens. It inculcates positive ways of living and care for environment in them. Besides this, the school also aims to solve social and environmental problems as well as overcome global challenges. It supports several non-profit organisations which work towards the betterment of people and society.

One of the major social endeavours of Radcliffe School is its continued support to the Gifted Girl and Girl Genius Scholarship Programme. The objective of the scholarship programme is to achieve holistic and realistic empowerment of the deserving girl child. Under this programme, more than 1,000 girls from India and 15 other countries pursue graduate and undergraduate programmes on 100 percent scholarship which includes free tuition, boarding and lodging. The scholarship provides the deserving girl students with opportunities for mainstream employability.
