The Radcliffe Academy of Excellence is a teachers training arm of the school, which empowers teachers and staff to standardise instruction delivery and enhance students’ achievement across the campuses. Its primary objective is to organize Orientation Programmes, Trainings and Refresher Courses in various disciplines for the Radcliffe teachers in order to make education more meaningful and learner oriented. It also provides the teachers with all kinds of learning opportunities for using modern trends effectively and preparing the students for the digital world they will grow up in.

Objectives of the Radcliffe Academy of Excellence are to:

• Motivate and empower teachers to become team players and effective communicators.
• Inculcate in teachers a common vision and goals towards the philosophy of the institution.
• Develop academic plans, state-of-the-art teaching-learning materials and methods.
