Short-term Migration Facility
This is another great facility from Radcliffe School for the students and the parents. The Short-term Migration Facility ensures easy and provisional transfer the student from one Radcliffe School to another for a period of one-two months. However in special cases the duration can be further extended. This facility will enable parents to spend sometime with their parents or other relatives in case of emergency or medical need without hampering their child’s quality schooling.
Radcliffe Engineering: First-of-its Kind Programme Launched in India
Radcliffe School has launched a unique and innovative programme to connect young
kids to the fascinating world of science and technology. The programme, christened
as Radcliffe Engineering, effectively helps children integrate math, science, cultural
understanding and creativity to solve real life problems. Ms. B. Ramadevi, Principal,
Radcliffe School Hyderabad says, “The objective of the programme is to teach children
‘How to Think’ rather than ‘What to Think’.” Ms. Sucharita Poddar, Principal, Radcliffe
School Kolkata, says, “Radcliffe Engineering is a revolutionary programme. It gets
the children brain going. It develops creativity and ingenuity in them by providing
an opportunity of hands-on learning experiences.” The programme is a part of the
standard curriculum of the school and is being implemented from the earlier grades.
It shows children how engineering touches nearly everything in daily life. It helps
them develop a range of educational skills—creative thinking, teamwork, project
planning and time management.
