What does this prestigious award mean to Radcliffe Schools Kharghar? And what impact do you envision it will have on the school community?
Guest: Thank you. The award is a recognition for efforts that Team Kharghar has contributed towards the growth and development of the school. The award strengthens the belief that students, teachers, and parents have in their own progression and journey towards their growth. An award of national acclaim motivates the community to keep striving towards improvement and raising the bar for oneself.

Guest: Practices in the classroom with tools for students to think out of the box are the key practices that drive a school in being dynamic and progressive. And that has been the strategy that contributed to this recognition.
Host: As a principal, what role do you believe leadership plays in fostering a dynamic school culture? And how do you encourage teachers and staff to embrace innovation and excellence?
Guest: Well, driving a culture is a top-down approach, and therefore, as a leader, I drive excellence in all day-to-day processes and systems of the school. Excellence is a continuous improvement journey where I initiate every member to reflect and think on how to be better than yesterday. A dynamic school is all about assessing futuristic needs and equipping oneself to fulfill them.

Guest: Self-growth and self-development are contagious journeys. I ensure that I get them addicted to working towards a better self. The method is not encouragement. The method is in doing, experiencing, and realizing the difference through reflection and analysis.
