Our school organised a field trip to Swayam Krishi Farm in Laxmipura, Bangalore, on October 5, 2023. It allowed students to apply what they had learned in the classroom to the actual processes and practices on the farm. Field trips allow students to interact with their peers outside of the classroom. Students were able to ask questions and share their findings with one another, enhancing their social skills and fostering a sense of community. We encouraged students to reflect on their experiences following the field trip in order to maximise the educational value.
