The Radcliffe Group of Schools, Ulwe, believes in experiential learning – an engaged learning approach whereby students “learn by doing”. Experiential learning activities that are well-designed, monitored, and assessed are aimed at unlocking our students’ untapped potential through practical laboratory experiments, real-world experiences, field exercises, and much more. Radcliffe Ulwe has partnered with the International Award for Young People (IAYP), a worldwide recognised self-development programme for students aged 14 to 25. This programme seeks to teach young people new skills, expose them to new difficulties, help them make new friends, and expose them to other cultures throughout the world.
