About Our Campus

Radcliffe School, Dighi is a part of the Radcliffe group of Schools a premium educational organization bringing innovation to learning since 2008. The school offers a well- rounded pedagogy that fosters academic rigor, emotional engagement, and ethical inquiry. The campus is located in the outskirts of Pune near the famous religious town, Alandi.

Radcliffe Pune has brought on board Cambridge University Press as a knowledge partner to ensure that the teaching and learning pedagogy is in accordance with global trends and standards. The school has also collaborated with organizations across the board such as institutes of academic excellence like MIT college of education, leading NGOs like Goonj and Pasayadan which help embed multiple global perspectives and learning experiences in our pedagogy.

Message From Principal

We at Radcliffe School, Dighi believe in offering a warm and rigorous setting where all students are motivated to develop academically, socially, emotionally and ethically. We think education is a responsible citizens program who are ready to face the challenges of an ever changing world.

Our committed faculty and staff strive to make sure every student has access to an excellent education, grounded in curiosity, creativity and critical thinking. We emphasize character, community, and respect and inclusivity.

As principal, I’m proud to lead a school that respects tradition and embraces innovation. We seek to develop purposeful partnerships with parents and the community at large as we understand that student achievement is best realized as we collaborate.

Radcliffe School Pune is committed to providing students with hands-on learning experiences that enable them to learn through action. Our rigorous experiential learning program integrates an array of well-planned, supervised, and assessed activities that empower students to unlock their untapped potential through laboratory experiments, internships, on-the-job training, outdoor excursions, and various other pursuits. To ensure each and every student is individually tested on various parameters in academics; the school has initiated performance analysis matrix based on the analysis of the answer sheets of each student. Subject wise strategies are decided and implemented thereafter in the remedial classes.

Our Teachers

In-service training is an integral part of any organisation. To acquaint the teachers to the novel trends in the field of teaching and learning; Teacher Enrichment Programme functions throughout the year on the fourth Saturday of every month.
